Went and had our wines tested at the Purple Foot this weekend. We got great ratings but they did recommend we bring the acide levels up a bit so that is what we will work on over the next few weeks. So excited we are on the right track. Picture here is one gallon of Mulberry and two gallons of Black Raspberry.
